塑料成型工程师 Plastic forming engineer 电子邮箱： recruitment@sdaac.com 　 发布日期： 2007-1-19 工作地点： 上海市 　 招聘人数： 若干 工作年限： 五年以上 　 外语要求： 英语 良好 薪水范围： 面议 　 学    历： 本科 　 上海德尔福汽车空调系统有限公司 职位描述： 工作职责 对塑料件产品的结构设计提供工艺性评审。 对塑料模具提出开发制造方案。 审核空调总成和塑料壳体的检具。 检查分析供应商的塑料件制造过程。 分析并解决塑料模具开发过程中技术问题。 开发自制的塑料件的制造方案，包括设备、模具、工艺等。 技能要求 机械类专业毕业，本科以上学历。 英语四级以上，能熟练阅读英文技术资料，用英语交流。 有五年以上注塑成型工艺的工作经验，2年注塑模具设计经验。能独立分析注塑成型过程中的技术问题。 具有汽车行业工作经验 能熟练运用UG，Solid edge等三维设计软件和 MS OFFICE办公软件。 了解其他橡塑零件成型工艺过程更佳。 Job Description Review plastic parts design for process capability. Give product designer reasonable advice Bring out plastic mould proposal Review plastic case mould design and gauge design Audit plastic parts process at supplier Analysis and solve plastic parts process problem Develop self-make plastic parts manufacturing process, include equipment,tooling and process. Job Requirement College graduate in engineer at least Effective oral and written communication skills in English Min.5 years molding related experience with 2 years of mould design experience. Independent analysis ability of molding problem Automotive product experience is required. Skilled in using CAD software such as Solid-edge, UG, AutoCAD etc and MS office software. Familiar with other nonmetal parts process is prefer.
