Problem shot during the whole process of plastic injection. 2. Design molding process for new product. 3. Implement existing process which transferred from other site of Galtronics. 4. Process & technical continue improvement, and WI maintenance. 5. Plastic mold & fixtures design. 6. Involve in subcontract of mold manufacture, especially in technical support. Experience Required: 1. At least 3 years molding process & maintenance experience. 2. Familiar with plastic characteristic and molding process 3. Familiar with plastic injection machine and parameter adjustment. 4. Familiar with mold maintenance and repair. 5. Plastic Mold design experience will be preferred. 6. Good relationship with plastic injection supplier will be a plus for this position. 7. CET-4 or above, acceptable oral & listening and reading English level, no problem to work in English environment. Education: B.A. degree in plastic engineering or mold engineering or mechanical engineering.
