| 在总经理的领导下，指引和协调生产区所有工作，以及生产主管、下属和其他员工的工作，做到客户产品零缺陷、成本控制，实行应用精益制造，按时生产出所需产品数量。 |
| Under the General Manager, shall direct and coordinate all activities of the Molding areas and services related with supervisors, subordinates and other employees to accomplish production with zero customer defects, cost control and required quantities on time in conjunction with the utilization of applied Lean Manufacturing Practices. |

| Under the direction of the General Manager shall lead and coordinate all Molding activities throughout all shifts, adjusting to its respective schedules, quality standards and operational costs. Acts to assure the efficiency of direct and indirect labor, and coordinates problem solving with the plant’s support areas, which will help to provide customer satisfaction. Achieve satisfactory results on the plant’s Objectives program. Manage the activities that interact with the environmental aspects complying with the Environmental Policy and the instructions from the Quality and Environmental Management System that apply to the area. Assures Standardized Work Methods are consistently complied to. Comply with the Policy for Health and Safety at Work and the applicable instructions. |
