注塑领班 电子邮箱： sz-hr@itt.com 　 发布日期： 2007-1-24 工作地点： 深圳市 　 招聘人数： 1 工作年限： 五年以上 　 外语要求： 英语 良好 薪水范围： 面议 　 学    历： 中专 接受简历语言： 中文或英文 　 埃梯梯科能电子（深圳）有限公司 职位描述： Key responsibilities: 主要职责 1.Leading mold maintenance in molding department: 注塑模具维修 1.1 Lead mold maintenance group to support daily production; 负责模具维修组，支持正常生产； 1.2 Lead mold transfer from different site; 负责模具转移； 1.3 Build up and maintain mold spare parts system; 建立和维护模具备件系统； 1.4 Involve mold making, spare parts vendors development; 参与开发新模及发展备件供应商； 1.5 Report to Molding Department Manager. 向注塑部经理汇报。 2.Involve molding process set-up, optimization, production support 参与注塑工艺设定、优化、生产支持： 2.1Involve molding Process Data Sheet (PDS) creation、optimization for new /transfer / existing products; 参与新模、转移模、生产模的注塑工艺设定、优化； 2.2Involve molding process troubleshooting; 参与解决注塑难题； 2.3Assist molding supervisor /manager to schedule machines /manpower; 协助生产主管/经理计划机器设备、人力。 3.Documentation 文件管理 3.1Work out related documentation. 准备相应文件。 4Involve new products development： 参与新产品开发 4.1Involve mold making ability review / mold design review /FMEA; 参与模具设计评估、FMEA； 4.2Involve molding trial run & pilot production. 参与试模和试生产。 5.Supporting支持 5.1Support related mold /molding issues to other department / outsourced products. 向其它部门和外发产品提供模具/注塑支持； 6.Train 培训 6.1Train mold knowledge to shift leader / operators, technician, engineer; 培训领班、技术员、工程师模具知识； 4.2Deploy lean manufacturing . 推动精益生产。 6.Others 其它 6.1Issue P.R. to buy mold/molding related goods; 开采购申请单。 6.2 Other required by company. 公司要求的其它职责。 Key capability requirement 主要能力要求 1.At least three years injection mold making or molding experience with Bachelor degree, or 5 years experience with college’s level, majority on plastic engineering or mechanical engineering, can solve problems independently; 本科、三年以上或大专、五年以上模具制造或注塑经验，塑胶工程、机械工程专业；能独立解决问题。 2.Good knowledge on mold making software, such as Pro-E, Auto CAD, can work out mold drawing independently; 熟悉制模软件， 能用Pro-E, Auto CAD等独立制图； 3.Understand mold structure very well and can guide mold maintenance; 透彻理解模具结构，熟练指导模具维修； 4.Knowledge of equipment/material of plastic or rubber molding; 了解塑胶或橡胶成型设备、材料； 5.Experience on Connector should be perfect; 具有连接器经验为佳； 6.Good English capability; 良好英语； 7.Good communication skills / team work; 良好沟通技巧、团队精神； 8.Focus on customer; 客户为先； 9.Ability to train shift leader, technician, assistant engineer. 能培训领班、技术员、工程师。
