Required skills & knowledge for the position: 1. More than 8 years with plastic injection mould design and fabrication process, injection, silk screening and tempo printing process. 2. Production Jig &Fixtures and supporting tools / equipment design. 3. Production area layout / re-layout, material handling /flow balancing, work / capacity study & balancing. 4. Managing new product development through product launch, including product concept, definition, development and launch. 5. Requires the ability to develop project Plan of Record for Operations (Schedule, Product Requirements, Budget, Supply Chain, Product Cost) in support of overall program goals. 6. Leads cross-functional team in meeting key milestones. II. Required Educational Background & Professional Experience 1. Bachelor or above degree in Mechanics, Industrial engineering or Plastic material. 2. Over 5 years as Plastic Project Manager. 3. Strong communication, process, people management, and proven program management, having an attitude of responsibility, accountability and composure. 4. Proactively identify potential problems, adjust instantly to altered circumstances, experience in the international project environment is a strong plus. III. Languages: Good command of verbal and written English as well as Mandarin IV. Other Requirements: Average computer skill
